A valid credit card and payment in full is required at the time of booking. By using our booking system and providing us with your credit card details you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start will not be eligible for any refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the tour start date will be issued a non-expiring gift certificate for an amount equal to their booking to be used at another time.

Reservations made with establishments along the route will be subject to the cancellation policy of that establishment, and Grape Savvy Trolley Co. is not responsible or liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from an agreement between you and any other business, regardless of whether the reservations were made via the Grape Savvy Trolly Co. Wine Hub or not.
